Panmedical - Digital Health Company
Panmedical is a Digital Health Company, offering Telehealth services in India.
We offer hassle-free same-day video consultation with a doctor, mental health counsellor, or other medical experts, at every day low prices. We offer primary care, specialists, second opinions, and ancillary services (like physiotherapy, dietician, etc.).
Patients can request on-demand consultation (default bronze plan) by requesting and paying for a consultation when required. Additionally, patients can opt for enhanced services by selecting one of our monthly concierge plans (silver, gold, platinum).
Panmedical offers B2C Plans (Business to Consumer) that are marketed to Patients and paid for by Patients.
Panmedical also offers B2B Plans (Business to Business) that an employer can sign-up and pay for, to provide free medical consultation to their employees.
We partner with pharmacy and diagnostic providers that prioritize our patients and offer discounts when available.
Patients can register online on our website, or by calling our customer service number. During registration, they can enter information required to complete the EHR (Electronic Health Records) and upload old medical records for doctor’s review.
They can do a one-time consultation on-demand (default bronze plan) by requesting and paying for a consultation. Our office schedules the consultation; doctor reviews the patient’s EMR, and completes a video consultation with patient.
Patient gets WhatsApp and Email communication at each step in the workflow process, and gets an electronic prescription (PDF) and invoice once consultation is completed.
If a patient requires additional services like Pharmacy or Diagnostics, we notify the patient about our existing partners who may offer them priority due to our relationship.
Patients can request and pay for a consultation using most commonly used payment options (credit card, net banking, electronic cheque, wallets). Our payments are processed by Cashfree, and patients get notification on successful payment.
Patient has option to reschedule or cancel the consultation if plans change.
If a patient cancels a consultation, they are given a refund for that consultation; Refunds are authorized the same day, and are processed based on refund schedule of our provider.
Monthly payments can be authorized for the concierge plans available. The concierge plans can be canceled at any time. When a monthly plan is cancelled, there are no refunds issued – Plan remains in effect for the remainder part of that month.
Panmedical collects and stores minimum data required from Patients, Doctors and Partners, to complete the authorized business transaction. We do not share data with anyone outside the company.
Patients and Doctors use self-service to update and save their profile data and access required data to complete their relevant transactions. Patients receive Prescriptions and Invoices by Email and WhatsApp once the Doctor closes the consultation.
Customer service representatives have access to certain patient’s and doctor’s data to assist patients with registration and queries, support doctors with scheduling, and manage consultation queues (dashboards).
We do not store any credit card data – That’s handled by our payment provider (Cashfree). Any bank account information captured for outbound payments is not visible on our UI (masked) after it’s saved, and that information is encrypted in database.
When a Patient opts-in for services that are provided by our partners like Pharmacy or Diagnostic, we may share minimum patient data as required by the Partner to complete the requested service.
Patients - Terms & Conditions
Patients understand that Panmedical is a Digital Health company.
Patients have signed up with Panmedical to receive B2C Telehealth services, including Telemedicine consultations with a Doctor, on-demand as required, or on a monthly concierge plan.
Employers may sign up with Panmedical to provide Telehealth services to their employees, including Telemedicine consultations with a Doctor on-demand as required, or on a monthly concierge plan.
Patients understand that payments made for consultations completed will not be refunded. Payment made for a partial month of the concierge plan will also not be refunded, and patients can continue to use services for remainder of that month.
Patients acknowledge that Panmedical’s services are meant for urgent, non-emergency services, and are not suitable for any emergencies that are best handled by a visit to a Hospital; please decide what’s best for your situation.
Patients understand that our Doctors are not employees of Panmedical. They are independent medical service providers contracted by Panmedical to provide Telemedicine services to Patients.
Patients understand that our Partners (Pharmacies, Diagnostic) are independent medical service providers contracted by Panmedical to provide expanded services to Patients.

Doctors - Terms & Conditions
Doctors understand that Panmedical is a Digital Health company.
Doctors have signed up with Panmedical as independent contractors to provide B2C and B2B Telehealth services (Telemedicine) to Patients. Doctors will not be considered as employees or representatives of Panmedical.
Doctors will be paid on a per consultation basis based on their contract.
Doctors are paid automatically two days after completion of the consultation, for all consultations completed two days prior. Payments are sent electronically by the payment gateway (Cashfree).
Doctors acknowledge that Panmedical’s services are meant for urgent, non-emergency services, and are not suitable for any emergencies that are best handled by a visit to a Hospital; please asses the situation and advise patient accordingly.
Doctors understand that our Partners (Pharmacies, Diagnostic) are independent medical service providers contracted by Panmedical to provide expanded services to Patients.
