Monty is the co-founder and President of Panmedical. He is an electrical and electronics engineer with 25+ years of management consulting experience with M&A and Transformation. He drives business and technical excellence, including leading product development with our IT team, day-to-day operational procedures, and business plan execution. Monty is also responsible for supervising the legal team to ensure seamless collaboration with partners.

Pranav is the Manager, Operations & HR at Panmedical. He is an electronics engineer with an MBA. He is responsible for supervising, hiring, and training employees, as well as strategize processes. Besides coordinating the patient-doctor encounters and ensuring optimal follow up care, Pranav also works to build partnerships with local ancillary services like pathology labs, imaging facilities, and pharmaceuticals.
