Urgent Care

Includes advice for acute non-emergent illnesses like fever, cough, cold, sinus infections, sore throat, urinary problems, skin rash, headache, diahrrea, back pain, neck pain, joint pain, minor injuries, pink eye, ear pain or discharge, heartburn, insect bites, yeast infection etc.

We have doctors available to help you with your medical problem. You may also request a consultation if you have a medical question and just need information. Based on the doctor’s assessment, you may be directed to seek in-person care in a clinic or hospital as all problems cannot be taken care of on the phone or Internet. You are strongly recommended to follow their advice.

Life threatening emergencies are not treated via this service. Symptoms and suspected conditions like chest pain, heart attack, stroke, severe injuries, vomiting blood, rectal bleeding, shortness of breath, blindness, etc are best treated with a visit to a hospital or clinic.

Disease Management

If you have a chronic disease or are on long term medications then this is the appropriate service for you. Conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart failure, coronary artery disease, asthma, emphysema, lupus, arthritis, ulcers, colon disease, etc. may not need a visit to the doctor at times and a virtual consultation on the phone or internet may be enough.

Many problems in a chronic disorder can be managed on the phone or Internet like blood sugar control, blood pressure control, etc. with a strong component of self management.

We also offer supportive non-physician services like smoking cessation, nutritionist, weight loss, and diabetes nurse to help with therapeutic lifestyle management.

Covid 19 pandemic has caused a tremendous increase in mental health disorders. This is poorly identified and treated, especially due to the stigma attached to these conditions. However, it is critical to address them as soon as possible and seek counseling. Consultations for mental illnesses like depression, anxiety, bipolar disease, schizophrenia, PTSD, obsessive compulsive disorder, etc can be requested with our panel of psychiatrists and psychologists. Only a psychiatrist or other doctor can order medications if they consider it appropriate.

An ongoing relationship with a single provider is possible on a regular basis to monitor the condition and adjust medications as needed. You may schedule consultations in advance if you so desire. Your doctor may advise a hospital admission based on symptoms and severity of disorder. Maintain complete confidentiality of your or your family’s mental health records when you consult our top notch psychiatrists from the privacy of your home.

Second Opinion

Sometimes we need more than one doctor to confirm the diagnosis and treatment. This is called a second opinion and is very common. Highly qualified doctors are available for you to seek a second opinion on any medical condition like cancer treatment, neurosurgery, heart surgery, mental illness or any other chronic or acute diseases.

We have specialists available in the United States who are board certified in their specialties and practice in renowned hospital and health systems in America. You can seek a second opinion from them at a fraction of the cost it would take to travel to the US.

We also provide a strong line-up of Indian specialists for second opinions. Receive a comprehensive report from a doctor of your choice to help you make an informed decision about your health and further treatment.
