The team gathered in Kolkata for the mid-year Panmedical retreat: three days of stepping away from the screen, working through the next quarter of the roadmap, and rebuilding the connective tissue that a distributed team loses if it never meets in person.
Mornings ran on planning sessions and roadmap workshops. Afternoons went to walking through the city, sharing meals, and having the kind of conversations that don't happen in Slack threads. The retreat closed with a session focused on how each function, from engineering to operations to partnerships, wanted to shape the year ahead.
