Pinky Bank, a dignified safety net for
menstrual health
Pinky Bank is a community programme run by Panmedical that puts a dignified menstrual care kit into the hands of women and adolescent girls who otherwise wouldn't have access to one. We pair each distribution drive with an education session, taught by women health workers in the local language, covering menstrual hygiene, reproductive health basics, and a short Q&A.
Every kit contains six months of supplies, a wipe-clean storage pouch, and a printed quick-reference card on common cycle symptoms and when to see a doctor. Kits are funded through a sponsor-a-pack model, anyone can sponsor a single kit, a school, or an entire district drive.

Pinky Bank
A Sanitary Napkin Distribution Project
A programme in which free sanitary napkins are distributed to local women in villages in India.
A point person is chosen who buys the pads from a local store and distributes them to vulnerable women in the area once a month.
What's in every kit

Ways to sponsor
WHO has called for Menstrual Health to be recognized as a health and human rights issue, not just a hygiene issue.
Young women and girls are ashamed and held back in life due to lack of awareness and access to hygienic products.
A sponsorship of only $15 or ₹1,200 covers two six-month kits, giving one woman a full year of dignified menstrual care, changing what would otherwise take a lifetime for many to overcome: the shame and stigma tied to menstruation.
Distribution runs monthly through a local point person, so supply reaches the same women reliably, not as a one-time handout.
Education sessions are taught in the local language by women health workers, alongside every distribution drive.
Drives run in partnership with local NGOs, schools, government health workers, and the Panmedical Campus Ambassador network.
