Distribution drive — Aurangabad

A Pinky Bank distribution drive was held in Aurangabad on January 11th, 2024 in partnership with a local NGO. Sanitary napkin kits with six months of supplies were handed out alongside a short education session in the local language.
The drive reached teenage girls and menstruating women in villages on the outskirts of the city. Many of the attendees had never used sanitary pads before and had been relying on recycled cloth, which the local health workers flagged as a common source of infection.
