Panmedical collects relevant personal and medical information from users to provide personalized healthcare services. Information collected includes personal information, medical history, and family history for medical consultations. Customer address is collected only for shipment of DME product, as required.

Payment information is not stored on Panmedical servers, and is directly entered on the payment gateway screen (Cashfree) and retained by them.

Providers and Users use self-service to update and save their profile data and access required data to complete their relevant transactions. Patients receive prescriptions and invoices on the app once the Provider closes the consultation. 

Panmedical implement advanced security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Data is encrypted during transmission and storage to ensure maximum security.

Panmedical does not share user data with third parties unless required by law or with explicit user consent.

Personal information will never be sold, leased, or exchanged with any external entities for marketing purposes.

Users & Providers have the right to access and request the deletion of their personal data at any time.

Once ABDM integration (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) is enabled in the future, with specific user consent, health information will be exchanged with ABDM servers (download & upload as authorized).

Any third-party services used (such as payment gateways, etc) comply with our strict privacy standards

When a User opts-in for services that are provided by our partners like Pharmacy, Labs or Diagnostic, we may share minimum patient data as required by the Partner to complete the requested service. 

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Once no longer needed, data is securely deleted.
